How do I deposit money?
Open Wallet, choose Deposit, enter an amount within the limits shown in the app, select an enabled PayMongo payment method, and complete checkout. The wallet is credited only after the backend receives PayMongo's signed paid confirmation.
Why has my PayMongo deposit not appeared yet?
A checkout opening is not the same as a paid deposit. Wait for the payment to complete and for PayMongo's signed webhook confirmation. Duplicate confirmations do not credit the same deposit twice.
What payment methods can I use?
The available PayMongo methods are controlled by the owner and may include QR Ph, GCash, Maya, and cards. Only methods currently enabled in the app can be selected.
What are the game wager limits?
Accepted arcade and BTC Prediction wagers are ₱1 to ₱100 per wager. The backend enforces the limit even if somebody modifies the app interface.
How much must I wager before I can withdraw?
Wagering requirement: wager the total deposited amount. Your accepted wagers accumulate toward that deposited principal only. Example: after depositing ₱500, five accepted ₱100 wagers complete the ₱500 requirement. Winnings do not create a second wagering requirement.
Can an active plan let me withdraw before all deposited money is wagered?
Yes, but the active-plan principal must cover the amount of deposited money that is still unwagered. If ₱400 remains unwagered, active-plan principal must total at least ₱400. A smaller plan does not unlock the full wallet.
Can I withdraw a matured plan if I still have an unwagered deposit?
Yes. Once a plan reaches backend-confirmed maturity, its matured proceeds are tracked as a separate withdrawable source. Those proceeds can be withdrawn without unlocking unrelated deposited funds that still have a wagering requirement.
What is the minimum withdrawal?
The minimum withdrawal request is ₱300. The backend checks the real server wallet balance, wagering or active-plan coverage eligibility, and the saved payout method before accepting the request.
How is the 2.5% withdrawal fee calculated?
The fee is 2.5% of the requested withdrawal and is calculated by the backend. Example: a ₱1,000 request has a ₱25 fee, so the net payout is ₱975. The app shows the fee and expected net amount before submission.
Why is a withdrawal not instant?
Withdrawals are queued until their configured payout window. When due, the backend automatically submits the net payout to PayMongo and tracks the transfer until PayMongo reports success or failure.
When are withdrawals released?
The default schedule is Tuesday and Friday at 5:00 PM Philippine time, but the owner can change the two payout days and cutoff time in Owner Admin. Your accepted request displays its assigned payout date.
What happens if my withdrawal is rejected?
If a withdrawal is cancelled before submission or PayMongo reports the transfer failed, the backend refunds the locked request amount once to the authoritative wallet ledger. One-time completion protection prevents duplicate refunds.
How do the MING and XING plans work?
MING accepts ₱500–₱5,000 for 10 days with the configured 40% plan return. XING accepts ₱1,000–₱10,000 for 20 days with the configured 90% plan return. While active, the plan principal is locked and is not part of the spendable wallet balance.
How do Crash, Mines, Plinko and Limbo work?
These arcade games use backend-authoritative wagers and outcomes. The installed app sends the requested wager, while the server validates the amount and records the resulting wallet change. Editing a displayed result does not change the server ledger.
How does BTC Prediction work?
Choose UP or DOWN for the active BTC/USD round and place an allowed stake. The backend accepts at most one prediction stake per account for a round and records the result against the authoritative wallet.
Can I edit the APK or browser values to increase my cash?
Changing text or local values may alter what appears on that device, but it does not create real wallet funds. Deposits, accepted wagers, plans, withdrawals, fees, and server balances are validated by the authenticated backend and Cloudflare D1 ledger.
How do referrals work?
Share your referral invite link. The referral code stays attached to sign-up. Referral bonuses are credited by the backend only after the referred member activates a MING or XING plan. No active plan means no referral bonus. Current levels are 8% for direct referrals, 2% for level 2, and 1% for level 3.
How do I install IZANAGI on Android?
Open the official IZANAGI install/referral page, choose Android, download the APK, and open it. Android may ask you to allow installation from your browser or file manager. Member downloads use the public distribution site, not the private GitHub repository.
How do I install IZANAGI on iPhone or iPad?
Open the official PWA link in Safari, tap Share, then choose Add to Home Screen. The iOS version is a PWA, not an APK.
Where can I join the Telegram community?
If the owner has published a Telegram channel or group, use the Join Telegram Community button in Profile & Controls. If the button is hidden, no Telegram link is currently published.
How do I change my withdrawal account?
Open Wallet and save the supported payout destination shown by the app. The latest saved withdrawal method is used when a new withdrawal request is submitted.
Why do I see “too many requests”?
The backend temporarily throttles unusually rapid money or gameplay requests to protect accounts and the service from automated abuse. Wait briefly, then try again. Normal usage is designed to stay within these limits.
What should I do if login fails?
Confirm your email and password, check your internet connection, reopen the app, and try again. If the account was disabled or the issue continues, contact the app owner or support channel. Do not share your password with other users.
Owner: What should I do immediately after ownership transfer?
Sign in with the transferred owner account, change the Owner password under Ownership Transfer Security, confirm control of Firebase, Cloudflare and PayMongo, remove access that should no longer remain, and test one controlled end-to-end transaction before normal operation.
Owner: How do PayMongo deposits and withdrawals work?
Paid deposits are credited only from verified PayMongo webhook events. Scheduled withdrawals are submitted automatically from the PayMongo Wallet; PayMongo transfer status finalizes the request as paid or failed/refunded.
Owner: How do I change payout days or community/download links?
Use Owner Admin to change the twice-weekly withdrawal schedule and the public Telegram, Android APK, and iPhone/iPad PWA links. These settings are published to members without exposing private development credentials.
Owner: What is Finance Vault and what goes in Settlement Account?
Finance Vault shows owner-only financial controls. The Settlement Account is your business bank account for receiving PayMongo settlements, normally the same verified bank account linked to PayMongo. It is not your PayMongo Wallet ID or API account. Scheduled customer withdrawals are paid from the PayMongo Wallet by the backend. Never enter PayMongo secret keys, passwords, PINs, or OTPs in the Settlement Account fields.
